About this event
Austin Symphony Orchestra pairs musical storytelling with introductions to orchestral instruments in this Halloween family concert. Liz Zimmerman narrates and performs Peter and the Wolf using movement, props and masks created by Alfonso Iduñate. Peter Bay conducts a program that also includes Saint-Saëns’ Danse macabre and John Powell’s How to Train Your Dragon Suite. Costumes are encouraged, and the orchestra advertises activities before the performance.
