Current coverage
Our most extensive local coverage is New York City, alongside a growing selection of major events in other U.S. cities. The city directory shows the current coverage; it is not an exhaustive national calendar. Listings cover announced performances, classes, exhibitions, markets and sporting events. Repeated performances are grouped with their individual dates and booking links. Exhibition runs describe a season, with opening hours and closure days checked separately.
New York sources
- NYC Parks and dated city announcements
- Brooklyn Academy of Music and Lincoln Center
- MoMA and Brooklyn Public Library
- New York Road Runners, Barclays Center and Madison Square Garden
- New York City Wine & Food Festival, market organizers and conference organizers linked on each event page
Each event links to its own supporting announcements and records when we checked them. New dates are added when the organizer publishes them; this selection does not claim to contain every event in the city.
Sources
Event listings require at least one named source and a recorded verification date. Organizer websites, venue calendars, official tourism calendars and authorized data feeds are preferred. A source link does not imply endorsement of this website.
Dates and editions
Dates use the event’s own time zone. If the hour has not been published, the listing says so rather than inventing one. Each edition has a stable identity. Past editions are retained as clearly marked archive pages.
Changes
Cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events are marked explicitly. Always confirm with the organizer before booking travel or buying tickets.
Nearby services
Distances use published coordinates and are labelled as straight-line miles. They are not driving times or accessible-route guarantees. Missing information remains missing.
Corrections
Send a correction with the event name and an authoritative source. We do not claim daily checks unless a documented process is in place.
