About this event
Houston Zoo offers an evening light trail with wildlife-themed displays and seasonal food. The event runs from November 19 through January 3, 5:30–10:30 PM, with last entry at 9:30 PM. December 9 and Christmas Eve are closed; the organizer specifically announces Christmas Day opening this year.
Admission is tied to the date and arrival time selected when purchasing. Children two and under enter free; older children need their own ticket. Enter through the main gate on Hermann Park Drive. This is a light-display experience, not a promise that the daytime animal exhibits remain available.
