About this event
LA Made and Clockshop bring Elizabeth Ito’s animated shorts Saving Ariva and Somos NELA to Central Library’s Mark Taper Auditorium. Their stories focus on neighborhood stability and organizing in Northeast Los Angeles. A discussion follows with Ito, Helen Leung, Betty Avila and Lili Sanchez about cultural preservation and affordability.
The screening runs from 2 to 3:30 p.m. and is listed for adults. Reservations are encouraged but not compulsory, and seats are allocated on arrival. Use the organizer’s reservation link if you plan to attend; a reservation does not replace the first-come seating policy.
