About this event

The Metropolitan Opera’s holiday presentation brings Mozart’s The Magic Flute to Lincoln Center in an abridged English-language production directed by Julie Taymor. NYC Tourism lists the holiday run from December 11, 2026 to January 2, 2027. The presentation combines the opera’s fairytale narrative with imaginative costumes, sets and puppetry.

This is a season overview rather than a single timed performance. Select an actual session before arranging dinner or transport. The official Met page was behind a waiting room during this check, so no unverified ticket price or curtain time has been copied into the listing. The linked booking page is the organizer’s own.
